Phoebe Continuous Damage Guide: Twin Stars of Damage and Control

Phoebe’s Ultimate Guide: Unlocking the Continuous Damage Queen’s Playstyle
Dear fellow gamers, today we’re going to discuss a uniquely featured character from Crescendo’s game—Phoebe. As an experienced gamer, I can confidently say that Phoebe is definitely a force to be reckoned with. She not only has a unique gameplay mechanism but also multiple ways to deal damage. So, how can this Continuous Damage Queen shine in the game? Let’s dive in and find out!
First, let’s get to know Phoebe’s basics. Phoebe is a 5-star character who uses a Sound Sensor, with attributes in Diffraction and positioned as a damage dealer. She has two states: Absolution and Confession. In Absolution state, Phoebe focuses entirely on dealing damage, while in Confession state, she concentrates on applying the Diffraction Weakness effect to enemies. The Diffraction Weakness is a stackable debuff that periodically reduces its own layer but deals Diffraction damage to the target. As the stacks increase, the damage becomes significantly more powerful.
So, where does Phoebe fit in a team? In fact, Phoebe can serve as either the main damage dealer or a secondary damage dealer. When used as the main damage dealer, it’s recommended that either you or a teammate first applies the Diffraction Weakness effect to the enemy, then switches to Absolution state for high-damage output. As a secondary damage dealer, Phoebe can efficiently apply Diffraction Weakness effects in Confession state while dealing damage from off-field. Overall, Phoebe is like an “essential item” in the game—without her, the team feels like a dish without seasoning; it works, but something’s missing.
Next, let’s talk about Phoebe’s skill priority. Skill leveling is like tailoring a perfect outfit for Phoebe—it must follow a “priority order.” Just like when we’re hungry, we need to eat main courses before dessert. First up is Resonance Circuit, the core of Phoebe’s damage ability—it must be maxed out to double her damage potential. Next is Resonance Release, another crucial skill directly tied to her carry ability. Following these are Resonance Skill and Variation Skill, which can be moderately leveled but have a lower priority. Lastly, Basic Attack can be allocated remaining points.
When it comes to weapons, Phoebe primarily wields Sound Sensors. Here are some recommended weapons:

Luminous Hymn: This weapon is practically custom-made for Phoebe. With a base attack of 500 and a critical rate of 36%, it meets Phoebe’s damage needs. Its effect is tailored for Phoebe: a 12% attack boost, and when attacking targets with the additional Light Noise effect, both Basic and Charged Attacks gain a 14% damage bonus (stackable up to 3 times, lasting 6 seconds). When using the Encore skill, enemies around the on-field character take an additional 30% damage from the Light Noise effect (duration: 30 seconds, same effects cannot stack).

Stringmaster: This weapon provides full-elemental damage and attack bonuses, allowing Phoebe to maintain high damage whether she’s on-field or off-field.

Rime-Draped Sprouts: This weapon provides extra Basic Attack damage when Phoebe uses her Resonance Skill. The effect stacks up to 3 times and lasts 6 seconds. When fully stacked, it triggers a powerful buff.

Each weapon complements Phoebe’s abilities in unique ways, so choose based on your playstyle and team composition.
